Labradoodle is the combination of a Labrador and poodle. They are intelligent, delightful, and friendly towards children. The wool type is more like a poodle. They are loved by celebrities. They are evident to be versatile and therapy dogs. Their appearances and behavior can be variable. They are active by nature. Labradoodles are not protective dogs.

Labradoodle dogs were originally found in Australia. The existence of Labradoodle is for the last 50 years. They were originally the guide dogs. Their popularity has increased. The introduction of the breed was in the Royal Guide dog association of Australia in Victoria. It has gained worldwide popularity. They are easy to train.
Personality of the Labradoodle Breed:
Labradoodle is quite an affectionate and intelligent dog. They possess all sorts of abilities to make a better companion dog. They are high capacity learning dogs. They tend to master the new tricks fast. These dogs are suitable for families who can take for a long walk. They participate in sports activities like flyball, agility, and obedience trial. They are playful, sociable, and easygoing among children in society.

Labradoodles exist in red, black, chocolate, and cream colors. They are categorized into four coats. The wool-type Labradoodle is more like a poodle. There is a fleece type coat Labradoodle, it is massive in the coat. There is a hair type Labrador coat, it is the long-haired curls somewhere in between. There is a loose/wavy fleece coat, it has an incredibly soft texture.
Feeding (Diet and Nutrition):
The diet of the labradoodle involves a combination of fat, protein, and carbohydrates. The diet includes salmon, oatmeal, organic peas, chicken meal, and sweet potatoes. The quantity of food portions depends on age, metabolism, and exercise. It is recommended to feed 3 to 4 times a small meal in a day for a puppy, an adult need to be fed twice a day.
They need more haircuts and grooming saloons every 5 to 6 weeks. Hair brushing is required on daily basis due to the thick hair coat. It is recommended to maintain a good hair coat as they are involved in noting and mating. Some people prefer long hair coat, others prefer short hair coat.
Common Health Problems:
The life expectance of a labradoodle ranges between 12 to 15 years. They are prone to some medical conditions. There are several genetic problems. The prominent condition of this breed are joint problems and other health problems as mentioned below:

Size (Height and Weight):
Labradoodles are of the standard, medium, and miniature. The standard labradoodle is 22 to 24 inches in height with an average weight of 50 to 65 pounds. The medium of this breed is 17 to 20 inches in height with an average weight of 30 to 45 pounds. The miniature is 14 to 16 inches in height with an average weight of 15 to 25 pounds.
